Message from School Librarian
Welcome to another fantastic year!
I am in my 10th year at the Mill Creek Library this, My goal is to help every student find, "Good Fit Books," that keep your child reading all year round. Remember, Reading is Thinking!
We will learn how to use technology to help find books in the library as well as many other informational literacy skills that tie into the classroom. Students will listen to new books and old favorites. I also include art and various other activities with our learning for the added fun and connection to the book.
I am a graduate of Western Washington University and have my Master's in education through WGU. When I am not a librarian, I am a wife, and mother of an 8th grader at Gateway. I enjoy my family time, trips to Disney and, of course, reading when I can!
